“Started training in September and really enjoying it. Underwent micro fracture knee surgery 4 years ago and had not exercised apart from physio and walking since. My strength, fitness and flexibility has far exceeded what I thought I would be able to achieve already and also gone down 2 clothes sizes. Signed up for 12 mths and looking forward to seeing the final results in the summer.”
