Riccardo is an experienced personal trainer and strength coach. Having did his first fitness instructor qualification in 1995 while still in the Royal Air Force Regiment.
He has continued to build on his skills library taking regular certification to keep up with the industry.
He now shares his skills and knowledge of how to exercise safely and effectively regardless of your starting point or personal obstacles.

Strength training is perfect for both beginners, older adults and experienced athletes. You start from your strength and progress up, using exercises your body was designed to do.

Your sessions with me are in a fully equipped gym, so you won’t need anything in those sessions. You may want to get a lifting belt at some point but I can advise you on that as we go.

If you do any strength training outside of the gym i.e., at home, you just need a bar, squat stand and a bench.
