There may be a number of factors involved in how and where you decide to train with active NRG.
All face to face packages include:
– Your training programme on the app.
– Individual habit based nutrition coaching via the app.
– Support and accountability via the app.
Personal Training also includes:
– Supervised sessions with your strength and conditioning coach.
– Extra one to one nutritional support.
Small Group Training also includes:
– Supervised group sessions (6 max) with your strength and conditioning coach.
– Extra one to one nutritional support.

Online coaching is a little simple to pick from.
