My Semi private Personal training sessions is not glorified bootcamp,  while everyone does do the same exercise, each exercise is tailored to the individual and if need be a more suitable exercise is rotated in to its place. 

The programs progression I offer are unique to the client and their own personal goals and ability.

Having someone along side you working out, is much more fun than training on your own. It's also fun to come together as a group at the end of a session for  a chat about how the session has gone.
