2 cups frozen berries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
40 g vanilla protein powder

Fill a blender (or magic bullet or whatever) with the frozen berries

Add chia, hemp seeds, protein powder and almond milk
