integrated stabilization training
The aim here is increased stabilization endurance. By working the muscles
with a conventional resistance exercise before a stabilization exercise
we increase the over load on the prime movers and the stabilization structures
around it. The increased weight used forces the muscles to adapt, thus
becoming more active and toned, which in turn raises the resting metabolic
rate.
As the time under load increases so does muscular endurance, an important
part of any sport. With the improved balance keeping you injury free!
