
The goal of corrective exercise is to find and correct muscle imbalance
within the body, as these are the reason that none-impact injury and slow
healing occur.
This is also a good start point for de-conditioned people that have not exercised in some time.
I use modern flexibility techniques to lengthen tight muscles, and then
target weak individual muscles with strengthening exercises to realign
the body, before combining groups of muscles to improve overall muscular
coordination.
