Have you let your body slip in the last 10 20 years? It's easy to do with all the commitments we stack up these days. Work, family and social life all add up. Remember what you put first will be create an imprint on those around you. If health doesn't mean much to you, its easy to always be looking out for others, where do you think that you kids will put it as a priority?
With that in mind over the next 15 weeks I will coach you through several habits to improve the quality of your diet; recommend nutritional supplement protocols to speed weight loss and prescribe a progressive exercise programme to optimise both fat burning and muscle tone, keeping your metabolism run high.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- The first phase of the body transformation can be done anywhere; at home; in hotels or at your local gym.
- You won't be lifting any heavy weights in phase 1, although you can still expect to have a few stiff muscles the first few times you work out.
- The equipment you need is minimal. Most of it can be recreated from stuff already in your home, if you don't want to buy it.
- All the exercises have a video and full description of what you need to do. You can access the programme at any time via the app, online or print it off to take with you.
WHO IS THE BODY TRANSFORMATION FOR
I put this coaching programme together for office worker and managers over the age of 40, who spend excessive hours at a desk or driving resulting in incremental weight gain. That said the content of this programme will work just as well on a younger under active people with fat to lose or wanting to tone up.

WHO IS THE BODY TRANSFORMATION NOT FOR
This programme will only help those who are willing and able to follow the coaching contained within the programme.
- Don't suffer from back pain or poor posture.
- cannot commit to 3 or more 30 minute exercise sessions. In any location!
- cannot make subtle, but effective changes to your diet. One at a time.
- cannot make slight modifications to your work and driving environment. No you don't have to 'pimp your ride'.
- cannot Check in on an app daily, and complete the daily habits required to keep you pain free and moving.
