If you train with kettlebells, dumbbells, stability or medicine balls and balance tools, then you’ll already be familiar with the potential of effective training programmes to transform, tone and strengthen. ViPR achieves this potential with just one tool.
ViPR wasn’t designed to replace your existing equipment set-up, but to integrate seamlessly with your club’s existing BOSU, TRX or free weights. ViPR is also perfectly formed for easy storage and mobility.

It’s not uncommon for exercisers at all levels (women, older people, those in rehab and reconditioning programmes) to feel excluded from traditional resistance work and strength and interval training. ViPR is available to all of these users, as well as those typically looking to make serious strength and fitness gains.

It’s already being integrated into group classes at David Lloyd and Virgin Active health clubs nationwide, in advance of the growth of ViPR group X training.

Now you can step it up with active NRG, 2 sessions per week for 3 weeks!

The emphasis is on small here, so any of our
packages can be tailored to your exact needs of the group.

  • Boot Camp Mix in all the tools below for a mind blowing 30 min total body work out!
  • TRXTRX suspension trainer will work you at your level while performing the same exercises as the group.
  • TRX Rip – This great new tool from TRX will work your core like never before.
  • PowerPlate – Increase the intensity of every move you make.
  • Kettle Bell – One of the first and still one of the best functional training tools around.
  • ViPR – Cardio meets weights in one peace of equipment. Truly the evolution of free weights.

WHAT’S YOUR EXCUSE?
We hope you’re really enjoying your training and we’re keen to show you new
ways to get even more from it. Small Group Training is a perfect example. It’s easy
to find excuses not to try it, but this is a special service that can improve your
performance, strengthen motivation, add variety to any routine and aid rehabilitation
after injury.

Personal Training is too expensive – Small group training is a fraction of the
price at just £50 for 6 sessions. And as the groups are small if is far more focused
and intense than a class.

I’m too self conscious to do Personal Training – In a small group the attention
is taken of you. As you get fitter faster just watch your self-esteem and confidence rise.
