If you train with kettlebells, dumbbells, stability or medicine

ViPR wasn’t designed to replace your existing equipment set-up,
but to integrate seamlessly with your club’s existing BOSU, TRX
or free weights. ViPR is also perfectly formed for easy storage and mobility.
It’s not uncommon for exercisers at all levels (women, older people,
those in rehab and reconditioning programmes) to feel excluded from traditional
resistance work and strength and interval training. ViPR is available
to all of these users, as well as those typically looking to make serious
strength and fitness gains.
It’s already being integrated into group classes at David Lloyd
and Virgin Active health clubs nationwide, in advance of the growth of
ViPR group X training.

It’s easy
to find excuses not to try it, but this is a special service that can
improve your
performance, strengthen motivation, add variety to any routine and aid
rehabilitation
after injury.
Personal Training is too expensive – Small group
training is a fraction of the
price at just £50 for 6 sessions. And as the groups are small if
is far more focused
and intense than a class.
I’m too self conscious to do Personal Training
– In a small group the attention
