Each program is developed to produce the best results in Weight Management, Muscle Tone, Strength and Performance, using just seven pieces of equipment on a rotational basis, Bars, dumbbells, ViPR, TRX, and Kettle Bells etc.
These seven exercise are all function, yet work the body very deferentially allowing the body to be pushed and moulded to create an array of physical and physiological improvements.
