ActiveNRG is the trade name of Riccardo Moriani. ActiveNRG has been running since 2006, providing fitness solutions for the Birmingham and Solihull areas.

About me

Professional NASM qualified personal trainer, with over nine years experience in the fitness industry, seven as a personal trainer. Specializes in bodybuilding, postural correction, sports therapy and rehabilitation, weight management,younger and older adults, sport’s massage and a wide range of other sports and health activities.

Prior to joining the industry I spent 13 years in the RAF, following their tough training regimes stood me in good stead to join the fitness industry! Whilst serving in the UK, Northern Ireland, Cyprus and Kuwait, I played rugby at an international level and Volley Ball, Basket Ball and Tennis at a competitive level. I also attained the National Amateur Body Building Association certificate.
