“Before I started my training programme, I spent a small fortune at Physiotherapy. I also had quite a few Therapeutic Massages for my back and still was unable to walk. Since started this programmes, which wasn’t easy to start with. I’m more than half way there, I can walk between 7-8 miles, which was something I enjoyed. It’s given me a whole new lease of life. I lost a lot of weight, but the most important thing is, I can now go for walks on the weekends, even more important, when I go on holiday. Now, I can do more than sit on the beach or at the pool.
